Card Technology Upgrade

We're excited to inform you about some upcoming changes to our card control features. As of November 18th, 2024, our current Card Control app will be discontinued.

To provide you with a more streamlined and comprehensive experience, all card control settings and functionality will be integrated directly into our online and mobile banking experience! This means you'll have access to a wider range of features and options in one convenient place.

While we transition to this new system, please note that card control features will be temporarily unavailable on November 18, 2024.

After the update, you'll need to:

• Re-enroll in notifications to ensure you stay informed about your account activity
• Set up your preferred notification settings
• Configure your alerts to match your spending patterns

• Lock/Unlock Card: Members can select which card to lock/unlock via a toggle switch on each card. Locking the card will deactivate one-time transactions but allow recurring transactions to process.
• Reorder Debit Cards: Members will have the option to order replacement debit cards. The replacement card will be sent via mail directly through online banking and the mobile app. This feature is not available on TLC credit cards.
• Receive Alerts: Members can set up transaction alerts for all transactions, locations, merchant types, and/or transaction types. Alerts can be sent via in-app message, email, and/or text message.
• Locations: Members can choose to block and/or receive alerts for international transactions. Blocking transactions will stop all international transactions.
• Merchant Types: Members can choose to block and/or receive alerts for the following merchant types such as age restricted, department store, entertainment, gas station, grocery, household, personal care, restaurant, travel, and other. Details of each merchant type are provided in the system.
• Transaction Types: Members can choose to block and/or receive alerts for the following transaction types such as in-store, online shopping, mail/phone order, auto pay, ATM, and other. Details of each transaction type are provided in the system.
• Set Spending Limits: Members can set transaction limits and/or monthly spending limits with a corresponding alert threshold. Transaction amounts over the threshold will send an alert to the member via an in-app message, email, and/or text message. Transactions over the spending limit will be blocked and an alert will be sent.
